OUR VISION

The vision of Grace Applied Ministries is for a self-sustaining, multi-faceted and multi-facility program focused on restoring the lives of those formerly incarcerated, homeless and others with significant life controlling problems as they achieve independence, self-sufficiency, and a passion for Christian living.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The purpose of Grace Applied Ministries is to provide a compassionate and comprehensive set of programs for those who are willing to learn how to make reasonable and viable choices and take responsibility for themselves and their actions.
STATEMENT OF FAITH

Grace Applied Ministries, Inc. was founded on the following Statement of Faith and all board members, administrative personnel, and staff declare their acceptance of these beliefs, which are based on the Old and New Testament Scriptures.

Section 1. THE BIBLE:
We believe the Bible is the Word of God and is the only divinely inspired written revelation given to man. It is authoritative in all matters of life, faith, and practice, and is inerrant in its original writings.

Section 2. THE GODHEAD:
We believe that God exists in three persons, namely; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; and in a unity of essence; co-equal, co-eternal, and co-substantial.

Section 3. JESUS CHRIST:
We believe that Jesus Christ is God, who became incarnate as a man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, performed many miracles to prove His authenticity, vicariously shed His blood as a substitutionary atonement to accomplish the redemption of the human race, rose from the dead, ascended into heaven, presently intercedes on behalf of all believers, and is personally coming again in power and glory to establish His Kingdom and to reign and judge over all men.

Section 4. HOLY SPIRIT:
We believe in the Deity of the Holy Spirit by whom all believers of all ages must be regenerated in order to enter the kingdom of God. The Holy Spirit in the present age indwells all believers for the purpose of enabling a person to live a Christ-centered life and for the purpose of sealing them unto the day of redemption. All believers are united to Christ in one body by the Holy Spirit. His present ministry involves gifts for teaching and service, and filling with power.

Section 5. MAN, SIN, SALVATION:
We believe that man was created by God in a distinct act devoid of any process of evolution. Man in Adam was created perfect in the image of God, but through disobedience, became sinful, whereby the entire human race is lost, being subject to both physical and spiritual death. To be saved, man must receive, by faith, God's only provision for sin - Jesus Christ the Savior. Therefore, God, in sending His Only Begotten Son, has accomplished redemption for us through the shedding of Jesus' blood. In so doing, man is regenerated by His Holy Spirit, thereby permanently becoming a child of God for eternity and indwelt by the Holy Spirit for the purpose of living a Christ-centered life.
